Bayswater 16-Lot Estate

Bayswater provided a welcome challenge with a shallow clay level, evident under high rainfall in the winter months.

This project took approximately a month to complete, with excavation and disposal of over 3500m3 of mainly clay.

This lot is situated in suburbia and is being prepared for a 16-dwelling housing development.
